Kinesiology
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology refers to the use muscle monitoring to derive information from the body on its current state of health. The cells of the body remember all aspects of its history and the origins of the current disease states.
Kinesiology draws on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and can evaluate body function through the muscle/meridian relationship.
Kinesiology is known for being able to uncover and address the underlying causes of health problems which are difficult to identify by other means.
The systems of the body, including neurological, lymphatic, digestive, reproductive, vascular, endocrine and immune, can all be bought to balance using Kinesiology techniques.
The neurological system in the body can be disturbed by physical or emotional trauma, or injury, and by chemical imbalance through diet and toxicity. This may lock the body into stress, with unwarranted tension and holding at different levels resulting, sometimes many years later, in sickness, pain and disease.
An experience and skilled kinesiologist, addressing the causes of the presenting symptoms, will make appropriate corrections for the body to heal itself.
The emotion relating to a symptom may need to be addressed so the ensuing correction will hold, and the problem should not return.
Kinesiology with Tricia Abell is currently covered by 9 private health funds.
Learning Difficulties…
Children with learning difficulties can be greatly helped with Kinesiology.
Reading, writing, spelling
Maths
Poor school performance
Lack of concentration
Inability to follow a series of commands
Fears and phobias
Disruptive behavior
As skills improve, the children find greater ease in learning. This leads to an increase in self-confidence as the neurological confusion behind their specific difficulty is resolved. Behaviour improves as frustration diminishes, and self-esteem is enhanced.
Adults of any age can likewise benefit from Kinesiology.
